The primary objective of the Corporate Resource Centre is to provide JBIT students with excellent employment opportunities and world-class training by partnering with top organizations.

The T&P Cell is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure, including testing halls, and conference halls. These facilities are used for a variety of activities such as pre-placement talks, presentations, mock interviews, personality development sessions, soft skills training programs, and more.

The Placement Department organizes interviews for students in their final year/semester, connecting them with top multinational corporations (MNCs), private sector industries, and core sector industries. These interviews are held both on the JBIT campus and at company premises, based on a schedule coordinated by the T&P Cell with industry professionals.

The T&P Cell strongly believes in fostering ‘Industry-Academia Interaction‘. To facilitate this, the Cell regularly organizes industrial visits for students, allowing them to experience real-world scenarios, understand work culture, explore production cycles, and gain awareness of current industry technologies. Additionally, the T&P Cell invites distinguished professionals from reputed corporate houses to conduct technical workshops and seminars, keeping students up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Through these efforts, the T&P Cell strives to bridge the gap between academia and industry, ensuring that students are well-prepared for successful careers.
